  I am a graduate student in cancer biology at Wayne State University. I am investigating how NSD3short, a member of the NSD family of histone methyltransferases that has been identified by the Ethier lab as a potently transforming oncogene in breast cancers with the 8p11-p12 amplicon, acts as an oncogene in these cancers.
